Our Expert's Take:  6 Tips You Definitely Have NOT Heard Before

At Holistix, we’re committed to revolutionizing wellness by combining advanced therapeutic technologies.  That commitment and the decades of research and trials ultimately resulted in our signature collection.  That being said, we have learned to really think outside of the box, and would love to share with you some of our knowledge.

We're going to let our resident expert Matt take it from here.  If you haven't had the pleasure of speaking with him, you're in for a treat.  Here's 6 tips you definitely have not heard before!

I love synergistic combinations.  My idea is that with the right knowledge, a little logic, and some creativity, there are endless possibilities of helpful combinations in health, wellness, and beauty.   And with an almost endless supply of medical and scientific journals, with more coming out every day, there's a lot to consider

One thing I have learned, which seems to be a common theme, is that knowledge can be fragmented, especially with studies, trials, etc.  Each expert brings their valuable expertise, but it is limited to their specialty.

But that's ok.  That's where we come in.  A little bit of free thought combined with logic and creativity can yield great results.  If you are a skin care professional, you could have an understanding of how a specific serum perfectly compliments blue light.  Or an acupuncture practitioner might know a specific technique that will be amplified by PEMF.

This list is just a start, the possibilities are endless.  I encourage you to in your health/beauty/wellness journey to think freely, use logic, be creative, and have fun!

Enough of the rambling, I'll get to the good stuff now.  Here are 6 of my best finds:

1:  Creatine Monohydrate + Red Light/PEMF/Terahertz: Powering Cellular Energy

Creatine monohydrate, one of the most researched supplements, is a scientifically validated supplement that boosts adenosine triphosphate (ATP) production, the body’s primary energy currency. Taken orally, it enhances muscle performance, cognitive function, and recovery. When paired with therapies like PEMF and 660nm red light, which stimulate cellular activity through ATP, creatine amplifies energy availability, supporting faster muscle repair and reduced fatigue.

Terahertz waves may increase cellular activity, such as protein synthesis or ion channel function, which requires ATP. Creatine ensures a steady ATP supply, amplifying the cells’ ability to respond to terahertz stimulation.  Also, terahertz is readily absorbed by water, thereby increasing tissue resonance and cellular function. Creatine monohydrate complements this by drawing water into muscle cells, increasing intracellular hydration and supporting ATP production for energy-intensive processes.

2:  Silica + Red Light/Infrared: Strengthening Connective Tissues

Silica, a vital mineral for connective tissue health, supports the integrity of skin, hair, nails, and joints. Taken orally, it aids collagen synthesis, while topical applications improve skin hydration. When paired with 660nm red light and 850nm infrared therapies, which boost collagen production and tissue regeneration, silica enhances outcomes like smoother skin, stronger nails, and improved joint mobility.

3:  Colloidal Silver + Red Light or any Frequency: Supporting Skin and Immunity

Colloidal silver, a suspension of silver particles, has historical roots as an antimicrobial agent. Applied topically, it promotes wound healing and combats skin bacteria. Orally, it may bolster immune function. When used with 660nm red light therapy, which accelerates tissue repair, colloidal silver enhances skin recovery.  Also, due to it's conductive and resonant properties, the nano particles in colloidal silver may amplify frequency in beneficial ways.  I might add that both silver and frequency are used in the research of cloaking devices....

4:  Topical Activated Charcoal + Light Therapy:  Radiant, Healthy Skin

Topical activated charcoal, known for its ability to bind impurities and toxins, works synergistically with red light (660nm) and blue light (405nm) therapy to enhance skin health.  Red light therapy stimulates collagen production, accelerates tissue repair, and reduces inflammation, improving skin elasticity and healing minor irritations. Blue light therapy targets acne-causing bacteria, balancing oil production and minimizing breakouts. Together, this trio offers a powerful approach to achieving radiant, healthy skin by addressing impurities, inflammation, and bacterial overgrowth.

5:  Citrulline + PEMF + Hydrogen Water: Top Shelf Recovery

This is a very powerful synergistic trio. Citrulline boosts nitric oxide production, promoting vasodilation and improving blood flow to deliver oxygen and nutrients to tissues. PEMF therapy stimulates cellular activity and microcirculation, amplifying tissue repair and reducing inflammation, and hydrogen water acts as a selective antioxidant, neutralizing reactive oxygen species and protecting cells from oxidative stress during repair processes. Together, citrulline enhances nutrient delivery, PEMF accelerates cellular recovery, and hydrogen water mitigates oxidative damage, creating an optimal environment for muscle recovery, reduced fatigue, and improved vitality.

6:  Topical Niacinamide + Topical Hydrogen Water:  Sensitive Skin Support

Hydrogen water’s potent antioxidant effects amplify niacinamide’s ability to reduce inflammation and protect against environmental stressors like UV damage. Niacinamide supports skin barrier repair, creating a stable environment for hydrogen to combat oxidative stress at the cellular level. This duo is particularly effective for acne-prone or sensitive skin, as hydrogen water reduces ROS-induced inflammation while niacinamide soothes and balances.

Conclusion

While these 6 synergistic combinations are amazing, they just barely scratch the surface and the possibilities are endless.  Again I encourage you to be think freely, be creative, and always err on the side of caution.  Thank you.
