- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days, optional for an additional fee.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order through the carrier's website or through your Holistix Int'l. account.
Shipping Restrictions
- We reserve the right to not ship to certain countries based on geographical and worldwide restrictions that may affect completion of delivery.
- Any applicable customs duties and taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
- Lost Shipments: If your order is lost in transit, please contact us at questions@holistixinternational.com.
- Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Please provide clear photos of the damage.
- Delayed Shipments: While we strive to meet delivery estimates, shipping times may be delayed due to factors beyond our control (e.g., carrier delays, customs processing).
Address Changes
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. If you need to change your shipping address, contact us immediately at info@holistixintl.com. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change the address.
