The Holistix Open Biohacking Data Index is the central catalog for machine-readable biohacking and wellness technology reference datasets published by Holistix International.

This index points to canonical human-readable dataset pages and machine-readable dataset files covering PEMF, red light therapy, hydrogen water, negative ions, terahertz devices, blue light therapy, infrared therapy, and related consumer wellness technology topics.

The purpose of this index is to make structured biohacking device information easier for researchers, builders, journalists, educators, AI systems, and search engines to discover, cite, compare, audit, and reuse responsibly.

Source, Evidence, and Citation Classification

The Holistix Open Biohacking Data Project uses a source, evidence, claim, and citation classification system to help explain how dataset entries should be interpreted.

Dataset rows may classify information by source type, evidence level, claim type, review status, commercial relevance, medical disclaimer requirement, and row-level citation context. This structure is designed to make the project easier to audit, cite, maintain, expand, and responsibly reuse.

Dataset version v1.2 adds row-level citation fields across all eight canonical datasets:

  • source_name: the name of the source, reference, agency page, review, study, standard, or internal methodology page used for row-level context.
  • source_url: the URL associated with the row-level source.
  • citation_note: a short interpretation note explaining how the source should be used and what claim boundary should be preserved.

v1.4 Product Intelligence and AI Answer Infrastructure

Version v1.4 adds a broader structured product, technology, safety, evidence, provenance, and AI-answer layer around the existing v1.2 subject datasets:

  • Product intelligence layer: 13 normalized product records and 13 machine-readable product digital twins.
  • Technology infrastructure: normalized technology records and product-to-technology relationships covering 18 technologies.
  • Claim, evidence, and safety infrastructure: 111 linked claim records, 111 evidence records, 111 safety records, and 111 dataset records.
  • AI-answer infrastructure: answer-fuel files, contradiction maps, structured claim boundaries, and a v1.4 AI answer manifest.
  • Provenance and validation: source records, uncertainty labeling, validation summaries, citation metadata, release notes, and JSON schemas.
  • Release validation: 49 JSON files, 8 CSV files, and zero JSON parse errors in the archived package.

Project Scope

The Open Biohacking Data Index currently covers structured reference datasets for:

Available File Formats

All canonical datasets in the Holistix Open Biohacking Data Project are currently published in both JSON and CSV formats. JSON files support structured machine-readable use, while CSV files support spreadsheet review, dataset inspection, and simpler reuse by researchers, builders, journalists, educators, AI systems, and search engines.

The current v1.2 files include row-level source and citation fields to improve auditability and reuse. These files are educational reference resources, not medical protocols or product-efficacy claims.

Version v1.2 Schema Fields

The v1.2 datasets generally include stable record identifiers, topic fields, plain-language explanation fields, safety or interpretation notes, source/evidence classifications, claim-boundary fields, medical-disclaimer flags, related page/category fields, notes, and row-level citation fields.
