The expansion connects 13 current Holistix products with normalized technologies, available specifications, source provenance, evidence classifications, safety context, known measurement gaps, related educational resources, and public machine-readable product records.

Contradiction Maps

Contradiction Maps explain why credible-looking sources may disagree without forcing one universal answer. The first active map covers red light dose recommendations and explains differences caused by irradiance, measurement distance, device format, wavelength combinations, coverage area, output-reporting methods, manufacturer instructions, wellness context, and evidence standards.

AI Answer Manifest

The Holistix AI Answer Infrastructure Manifest acts as the master machine-readable index of the Claim Boundary Registry, Answer Fuel Files, Contradiction Maps, canonical datasets, human reference pages, archive information, active file versions, and planned expansion targets.

On July 9, 2026, Holistix updated the Open Biohacking Data Project reference layer to improve structured-data consistency, machine readability, internal topic mapping, claim-boundary clarity, and support-page connectivity.

Dataset Schema Normalization

All eight canonical dataset pages were reviewed and normalized with clean Dataset structured data, DataDownload references, creator and publisher fields, license information, citation references, GitHub and Zenodo references, and Biohacking Data Library catalog connections.

The schema update uses includedInDataCatalog to connect each dataset to the Holistix Biohacking Data Library and avoids unsupported optional object-type usage that previously generated Dataset warnings.

Companion reference tables were added to selected dataset pages to connect common search terms, concepts, educational guides, related datasets, and product-category bridges.

Version 1.2 Schema Additions

Dataset version 1.2 preserves the version 1.1 source/evidence classification framework and adds three row-level citation fields to each CSV and JSON dataset:

  • source_name: the name of the source, reference, agency page, review, or internal methodology page used for row-level context.
  • source_url: the URL associated with the row-level source.
  • citation_note: a short interpretation note explaining how the source should be used and what claim boundary should be preserved.

These fields are intended to make the project more transparent, easier to audit, easier to cite, and more useful for AI/search systems, researchers, journalists, educators, and future dataset maintenance. They should not be interpreted as medical claims, treatment recommendations, efficacy guarantees, dosing instructions, or disease-prevention guidance.
