Holistix Return & Refund Policy


The following are the terms and conditions of Holistix’s return and refund policies.

Limited 30-Day Money Back Guarantee
If you are dissatisfied with an eligible Holistix product, you may request a full or partial refund within 30 days of delivery. Unsure if your product qualifies? Contact us at info@holistixintl.com.

Eligible Products: Aqualuxe, Aurora, GLO face, GLO neck, Innova, Ion Air, Novo, Paragon Demi, Paragon, SKO slippers, Soleil, and bundles without ineligible items.
Ineligible Products (Final Sale): Hydrogen water bottle, Soleil towel insert, PEMF mat cover, H.I. Life spa robe, and bundle components. These items are personal use products and cannot be restocked or resold.

Return/Refund Process

  • Defects are covered under each product’s warranty (see product pages for details), not this policy.
  • Returns require proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt).
  • Ineligible items, exchanges, warranty items, and promotional products are not returnable.
  • Shipping costs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
  • International orders (outside the U.S.) are final sale and ineligible for returns.
  • To start a return, email info@holistixintl.com within 30 days of delivery. If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. Drop off the item within 3 business days of receiving the label and keep a drop-off receipt for your records.
  • We’ll inspect and process returns within 10-15 business days of receipt. Refunds will use the original payment method and may take 5-10 additional business days to reflect in your account.

Refund Guidelines

  • 100% refund: Product is new, undamaged, in original packaging with all factory seals intact.  All packaging is intact and unopened, and product manual is present.
  • 75% refund: Product is new, minimally used, undamaged, in original packaging, but seals are broken, packaging is opened, or manual is missing.
  • 0% refund: Product shows heavy use, is damaged, or missing parts/packaging. Partial store credit may be offered at our discretion.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled for a full refund before shipment by contacting info@holistixintl.com.
