Five Technologies in One Handheld Platform

Innova combines directed airflow, thermal output, red light, blue light, and an optical quartz outlet within one device. The technologies may be selected and used according to the supplied operating instructions.

Each technology should be understood separately. The presence of several features does not prove that they amplify one another or create a combined medical effect.

High-Speed Brushless Motor

The manufacturer reports a brushless motor speed of up to 110,000 RPM. This motor drives the device’s directed airflow system for controlled application over selected external body areas.

Motor speed is a mechanical specification. It does not independently establish terahertz output, tissue depth, clinical effectiveness, or treatment results.

660 nm Red Light and 405 nm Blue Light

Innova includes visible 660 nm red light and 405 nm blue-violet light. Wavelength identifies the type of light emitted, but does not establish the complete delivered light dose.

Irradiance, distance, exposure time, illuminated area, operating mode, and device positioning also affect light exposure.

Terahertz Technology Disclosure

“Terahertz” is retained as the manufacturer-described technology category for Innova. A measured terahertz frequency range, spectral-output report, power density, penetration measurement, or independent terahertz verification has not been supplied.

Innova should therefore be evaluated through its documented physical specifications rather than assumptions based only on the word “terahertz.”
